Ben Wood to launch our flagship chalet ‘Abode’;
he inspired last
years guests to rate his food as ‘worthy of
a Michelin star’.
Wake up to tea in bed followed by a hearty breakfast including
daily
specials. On your return from the slopes, afternoon tea
with a
scrumptious, freshly baked cake awaits you. And then
as the
evening draws in sit back and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere
while
your professional chef creates a modern style five-course
menu
with an added twist of indulgence; our dishes last year
ranged from
duck cooked 2 ways – rolled leg & seared breast – white bean cassoulet
& parsnip crisps to Asian sweet braised
pork belly with seared scallops
& a nam jim dressing.
Dinner is served with a selection of medal winning house wines
or if
you prefer, choose something from our wine menu or try
one of our
wine tasting menus (extra cost).
